We know that entrusting your beloved pet to someone else is never easy. Take a look below at our selection of frequently asked questions and answers, and get in touch if we haven’t included the info you need.

What do you supply for overnight boarding?
Our overnight guests will get a bed, a water bowl, a food bowl and endless love and care. If your pet has an emotional support toy, we allow you to leave it with your pet during their stay. We ensure your pet will be treated like family.

Water is provided but food is at cost, unless provided by the owner.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes, we accommodate to the need of all pets we see. If your pet has a special diet, we ask that you bring the food they require with you during drop-off, and label it so we know what food to feed your beloved pet.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?
We provide a live camera for all of our rooms, as well as for the daycare space as a whole. If you wish to access the feed of your pets room, we provide a day by day price as well as a subscription. We can provide this to you at drop-off or during any of our operating hours, with room number and name provided.
